During parking, four uniformed policemen in a white car stopped him. According to Dilip, Constable Jagmal forcibly entered his car and, under the pretext of questioning, took him out and seized the vehicle.

After this, Dilip was forcibly taken to Mata ka Than police station. There, Dilip alleges that all four policemen threatened him and extorted ₹1 lakh in cash and withdrew ₹1 lakh from his wife's ATM. The victim, Dilip Gaud, has filed a written complaint at the Police Commissioner's office, in which he has demanded the return of the cash, ATM amount, and cryptocurrency recovered from him, along with confirmation of the suspension of the guilty policemen. Also, a b criminal action has been appealed against them.

This case has now become a major challenge for the state government and the police administration. Because Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma himself is the Home Minister of the state and the police system of the entire state is running under the supervision of DGP Rajiv Sharma. In such a situation, this incident has raised serious questions on the accountability and transparency of the entire system.

When those who protect the law start breaking the law, from whom will the general public expect justice? This case is not just an incident related to one person, but it is a test of the credibility and sensitivity of the entire administrative structure.

The investigation is ongoing, and now it remains to be seen how transparently and seriously the police department proceeds in this matter.
