StellarCrowandClaude Fable 5.1 1387037367 feat(cases): pull 25 new cases (463-487) from stats.gart.io; dossiers, sources, trim 
- pull_live_cases.py: merges https://stats.gart.io/api/attacks into the export.
  The feed lacks notes/reports/original_date/has_processed_date, so existing
  records keep their fields; changed values are taken from live (record 188:
  victim, violence_torture, weapons, summary) and new records are appended
  with those four fields null. Previous export kept as
  attacks-export-Gart-website-2026-09-09-before.json; raw feed saved as
  attacks-live-api-2026-09-09.json. Export now has 389 records.
- 25 new dossiers built; 93 linked URL slots fetched (77 fetched, 8 blocked,
  4 thin, 4 video/social); 76 blocks auto-trimmed. Wayback retry for the 12
  failed slots hit archive.org rate limits (429) and is left for a later run.
- Sheet row 252 (the Phuket robbery listed in cases-missing-from-database.json)
  approved as the source for new case 476, which is that event.
- Stale dossier for renamed case 188 removed.
- Detention flag check on the new cases: 479 proposed 0->1 (forced entry plus
  assault), 468 null->0 proposed, 483 and 486 confirmed 0; review file and
  corrections JSON updated. Worklist and README carry the procedure.

verify_all.py PASSES (2776 checks, 389 case files).

Landes
Un couple a été enlevé et séparé pour leur extorquer leurs Bitcoins. La femme a été abandonnée dans un véhicule plusieurs kilomètres plus loin. Deux suspects ont été arrêtés par les forces de l'ordre.

Montigny-le-Bretonneux (Yvelines)
Grâce à des renseignements précis, la police est intervenue en pleine nuit au domicile d'une commerçante pendant la fouille de son appartement par trois braqueurs. Un suspect d'une vingtaine d'années a été interpellé sur le fait, tandis que ses deux complices sont en fuite. Aucun butin n'a été emporté.

La première tentative a été repoussée par leurs chiens, la deuxième s'est soldée par une victime ligotée et frappée en direct sur Snapchat, la troisième a été dissuadée par l'alarme installée entre-temps. Trois équipes distinctes avaient exploité le même fichier obsolète.

Marseille (13e) / Gignac-la-Nerthe / Gardanne
Un commando a mené plusieurs attaques en série basées sur un fichier acheté sur le darkweb. Après un échec à Marseille (13e) face à une famille barricadée, ils ont séquestré deux femmes (dont une sexagénaire) à Gignac-la-Nerthe. La police a intercepté les quatre agresseurs en flagrant délit durant une transaction crypto forcée. La BRB de Marseille est saisie.

Enlevée en pleine rue à l'aide d'une arme blanche, la victime a été séquestrée pendant près de 11 heures, frappée et menacée de mutilation (section d'un doigt au coupe-boulons). Sous la pression, elle a effectué 14 000 € de virements. L'origine de la fuite provient d'indiscrétions commises par la victime auprès d'un vendeur de voitures en 2025. Quatre suspects ont été mis en examen.

Cinq individus utilisant le stratagème du faux livreur ont tenté d'enlever la victime devant chez elle pour extorquer une rançon crypto. Suite à l'intervention des voisins alertés par ses cris, le commando a fui. Deux suspects ont été arrêtés par la BAC de Meaux dans un VTC en possession de colliers de serrage et d'une arme factice.

Un homme a été la cible de 2 tentatives d'enlèvement consécutives à son domicile suite à des « transactions en cryptomonnaie dans la région ». Cinq suspects originaires de la région parisienne ont été interpellés par la gendarmerie. Le parquet de Saverne s'est dessaisi au profit de la JIRS de Nancy pour « tentative d'extorsion et d'enlèvement en bande organisée ».

Trois hommes armés ont forcé l'entrée d'un pavillon à 5h00 du matin. Le couple, sans lien avec la crypto, a été frappé et ligoté. Les agresseurs ont fouillé les lieux avant de fuir avec des ordinateurs et un smartphone. Localisés à Paris, ils ont échappé à la BAC, abandonnant leur butin. La police judiciaire (SDPJ 93) est saisie.

Une famille a été séquestrée pendant plus de 3 heures par deux individus cagoulés et armés. Ligotées et bâillonnées en plein jour, les victimes ont été contraintes de transférer 700 000 € en cryptomonnaies. Les agresseurs, manifestement très bien renseignés, sont activement recherchés.

Enlevés à leur domicile le 13 avril pour exiger plusieurs centaines de milliers d'euros au père, entrepreneur crypto. Localisés dans un hôtel du Val-de-Marne grâce au traçage de leur véhicule, ils ont été libérés par le GIGN après 20 heures de calvaire. Au moins 4 interpellations ont eu lieu et aucune rançon n'a été versée.

Famille d'un « spécialiste » de la crypto
Saint-Jean-de-Véda
Un faux livreur armé a pénétré dans une villa et braqué une famille. Le père a tenté de désarmer l'agresseur, provoquant un coup de feu (sans blessé). L'assaillant a pris la fuite avant d'être interpellé le 14 avril. Le suspect de 25 ans a été écroué. La piste d'un commanditaire est étudiée par la section de recherches de Montpellier.

Cinq individus cagoulés et gantés ont séquestré les occupants d'une villa pendant une heure pour localiser un proche détenteur de cryptomonnaies. N'ayant pas trouvé leur cible, ils ont dévalisé les bijoux de valeur. La JIRS de Bordeaux est saisie de l'enquête pour « home-jacking » et séquestration.

Une jeune femme a été enlevée à son domicile par deux hommes (19 et 22 ans) se faisant passer pour des livreurs. Ligotée dans une forêt, elle servait d'otage pour exiger une rançon de 600 000 € à un proche résidant à Dubaï. Grâce à un témoin, la police a libéré la victime et arrêté les suspects, soupçonnés d'être liés à la DZ Mafia. Ils ont été écroués par la JIRS de Nancy.

Cinq individus utilisant la technique du faux livreur ont séquestré la victime à son domicile. Sous la menace d'armes, elle a dû transférer 1,12 BTC (68 000 €). L'enquête a mené à l'interpellation de cinq suspects (17-22 ans) entre Nîmes et Marseille. Ces exécutants auraient été recrutés sur les réseaux sociaux pour quelques centaines d'euros seulement.

Après avoir réalisé leur erreur de cible, ils ont tout de même dérobé 3 000 € en liquide, des bijoux et deux téléphones avant de prendre la fuite.

Trois agresseurs se sont introduits au domicile du couple. Sous la menace d'un couteau sur sa compagne, l'homme a été contraint de transférer 900 000 € en BTC. Les victimes ont été ligotées et blessées avant la fuite des auteurs. Les investigations sont actuellement menées par la Brigade de répression du banditisme (BRB)

Trois faux policiers armés et cagoulés ont forcé une femme à les conduire chez elle. Le couple a été roué de coups pour un portefeuille crypto estimé à 20 000 €. L'alerte donnée par leurs filles a fait fuir les agresseurs. Un suspect de 32 ans a été écroué en juin. Le ciblage proviendrait du piratage de l'assistant fiscal Waltio en janvier 2026.

Trois hommes cagoulés et armés ont fait irruption dans un immeuble à 7h du matin pour rechercher l'appartement du PDG de Binance France. Après s'être trompés d'appartement, ils se sont fait indiquer le bon et n'ont pas trouvé le dirigeant. Après avoir fouillé l'appartement, ils ont emporté deux téléphones avant de se faire arrêter à la gare de Lyon Part-Dieu.

Ils sont repartis sans avoir récupéré ce qu'ils étaient venus chercher, mais avec des ordinateurs et des téléphones portables, selon le parquet de Meaux.

Les deux femmes ont été enlevées à leur domicile. Elles ont été séquestrées pendant 30 heures, puis retrouvées blessées et ligotées dans un garage. L'attaque visait le mari de la magistrate (35 ans), dirigeant d'une entreprise crypto, absent au moment des faits. Aucune rançon n'a été versée.
