Second and third rounds on the dossier pipeline, reviewed locally before commit. Bei dem Drahtzieher soll es sich um einen 21-jährigen Oberösterreicher handeln, der den Überfall gemeinsam mit seinem bereits vorbestraften Vater geplant habe. Dieser werde aufgrund seiner kriminellen Vorgeschichte in einem gesonderten Verfahren verfolgt, schreibt die Nachrichtenseite.

Den an dem Überfall beteiligten fünf Männern wird erpresserische Entführung, schwerer Raub, schwere Nötigung und schwere Erpressung vorgeworfen. Einige der nach Aussagen ihrer Verteidiger im Wesentlichen geständigen Männer geben an, nur von einer Schuldeneintreibungsaktion ausgegangen zu sein.

Einer der Männer hatte offenbar vor dem Überfall bei dem beraubten Krypto-Trader einen fünfstelligen Betrag angelegt und verloren. Diese “Schulden” habe er eintreiben wollen, die Sache habe dann aber eine nach seinen Worten “furchtbare Eigendynamik” entwickelt.

Bei dem Überfall gaben sich die Täter als Paketzusteller aus, um sich Zugang zur Wohnung zu verschaffen. Den Trader fesselten sie in einem Abstellraum mit Klebeband an einen Stuhl und brachten dessen Lebensgefährtin mit ihrem ebenfalls anwesenden Baby in das Schlafzimmer, wo sie ebenfalls gefesselt wurde.
|
||
|
||
Während des eineinhalb Stunden dauernden Überfalls wurden die Opfer mit dem Messer bedroht, um die Zugangscodes zu diversen Online-Börsen zu bekommen. Neben Kryptowährung im Wert von 210.000 Euro, das einer der Täter transferieren konnte, erbeuteten die Männer auch Schmuck, Goldmünzen, Elektronikgeräte sowie teure Markenkleidung.

Zu Überfällen von Krypto-Dieben kommt es immer wieder. Bei einem Überfall im letzten Jahr war ein russischer Geschäftsmann als Geisel genommen worden, bis dieser sich an seinem Computer anmeldete und umgerechnet rund 81.000 Euro in Bitcoin an seine Angreifer überwies. Ein anderer russischer Investor war bei einem ähnlichen Krypto-Raub um umgerechnet 348.000 Euro bestohlen worden.
