StellarCrowandClaude Fable 5.1 499fd61f79 feat(sources): fetch linked URLs for the 252 spreadsheet-only cases
Until now only cases 357+ (plus a few older ones) had their linked URLs
fetched; the other 252 dossiers held just the text pasted into the
spreadsheet, often only the lede. This pass fetches every linked URL for
those cases so the full text is on file before link rot takes it.

- stage_all.py: new --include-sheet-cases flag that lifts the skip on
cases holding spreadsheet articles. Resumable as before.
- staging/: raw extracts and index.json for the 252 cases.
- sourced-articles.json, case-files-manifest.json: 188 new UNTRIMMED
blocks. 179 cases gained at least one fetched article; 73 got none
  (49 BLOCKED, 18 THIN, 9 DEAD, 4 video/social, 3 ERROR).
- sources/*.txt: rebuilt with build_cases.py --all. Sheet pastes are
kept; fetched blocks sit beside them under the NOT YET TRIMMED banner.
Files previously committed with CRLF are now LF.
- wayback-availability.json: Wayback snapshots exist for 73 of the 98
failed URL slots; input for an archive-fetch pass.
- README-START-HERE.md: progress note and next step.

verify_all.py PASSES (1836 checks).

ORIGINAL (unknown, verbatim as retrieved)
Bangkok Post - Police imposters arrested for abducting Chinese man for ransom
Two men have been arrested on charges of posing as policemen and kidnapping a Chinese man for 2-million-baht ransom in Greater Bangkok.
Watcharapol Pimpila, 24, and Japing sae Liu, 23, were taken into custody from two rooms on the third floor of a hotel on Pracharat Bampen Road in Huai Khwang district, Bangkok, on Tuesday evening, according to the Metropolitan Police Bureau.
In Mr Japing's room police also found the 25-year-old Chinese abductee, Lyu Chenglong. Police said Mr Japing can speak Chinese.
In Mr Watcharapol's room police also seized an air gun, a stun gun and a pair of handcuffs.
Mr Lyu told police he was kidnapped by the two suspects and other Thai men from the 14 Residence Hotel on Suksawat 66 Road in Phra Pradaeng district, Samut Prakan, on Monday night. His abductors claimed to be police from the Central Investigation Bureau and accused him of being a scammer.
He said his kidnappers demanded he as a relative in China to pay a ransom in a cryptocurrency worth about 2 million baht.
The victim called his elder brother in China, and jr paid part of the ransom, worth about 400,000 baht, in two transactions early Tuesday morning. The brother then asked another Thai man to file a complaint with real police, and the complaint led to the raid in Huai Khwang.
The suspects were charged with kidnapping and with impersonating police.
