StellarCrowandClaude Fable 5.1 499fd61f79 feat(sources): fetch linked URLs for the 252 spreadsheet-only cases 
Until now only cases 357+ (plus a few older ones) had their linked URLs
fetched; the other 252 dossiers held just the text pasted into the
spreadsheet, often only the lede. This pass fetches every linked URL for
those cases so the full text is on file before link rot takes it.

- stage_all.py: new --include-sheet-cases flag that lifts the skip on
  cases holding spreadsheet articles. Resumable as before.
- staging/: raw extracts and index.json for the 252 cases.
- sourced-articles.json, case-files-manifest.json: 188 new UNTRIMMED
  blocks. 179 cases gained at least one fetched article; 73 got none
  (49 BLOCKED, 18 THIN, 9 DEAD, 4 video/social, 3 ERROR).
- sources/*.txt: rebuilt with build_cases.py --all. Sheet pastes are
  kept; fetched blocks sit beside them under the NOT YET TRIMMED banner.
  Files previously committed with CRLF are now LF.
- wayback-availability.json: Wayback snapshots exist for 73 of the 98
  failed URL slots; input for an archive-fetch pass.
- README-START-HERE.md: progress note and next step.

verify_all.py PASSES (1836 checks).

Ils ont d'abord forcé la porte d'un autre habitant pour se faire indiquer le bon appartement. D'après une source policière à RTL, le commando a fouillé le domicile du patron crypto, avant de constater son absence et de prendre la fuite en dérobant deux téléphones.

À 9h15, les policiers des Hauts-de-Seine sont à leur tour alertés par une habitante de Vaucresson qui vient de recevoir des coups de crosse sur la tête de la part de plusieurs hommes cagoulés. Police traced the stolen phones and used surveillance footage to track the suspects as they boarded a train to Lyon. They were arrested by the BRI at Lyon Perrache station later that day and placed in custody, French outlet RTL reported.
“We are aware of a home break-in involving one of our employees," a Binance spokesperson told The Block. "At this stage, we will not comment on specific details to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation and ensure the safety of all involved individuals," they added.

Face à cette situation inquiétante, les forces de l'ordre commencent à s'organiser afin de procéder à des arrestations ciblées, comme dans le cadre de la récente interpellation de 3 hommes à la sortie d'un train dans la gare de la Part-Dieu à Lyon, menée par des policiers de la brigade de recherche et d’intervention (BRI).
Les 3 hommes - âgés de 18, 20 et 21 ans - ont en effet été arrêtés et placés en garde à vue ce jeudi matin suite à 2 tentatives d'enlèvements distinctes menées quelques heures plus tôt dans 2 villes de région parisienne. Leurs cibles : des détenteurs de cryptomonnaies.

Selon les premiers éléments de l'enquête, les 3 hommes auraient mené 2 opérations différentes au cours de la même journée, avec comme première cible un pavillon situé dans la ville de Saint-Mandé (Val-de-Marne) au domicile d'un homme identifié comme travaillant dans la crypto.
Une première agression réalisée aux environs de 6 heures du matin qui aurait apparemment mené à la fuite rapide des agresseurs en direction d'une autre victime, cette fois domiciliée à Vaucresson (Hauts-de-Seine). Il semble qu'au moins une de leurs cibles ait subi un préjudice, selon les informations révélées par Le Progrès.
L'un des criminels interpellés avait en sa possession une arme de poing. Leur arrestation par la BRI intervient suite à une filature menée par des policiers de la brigade de répression du banditisme de Paris qui les avaient vu embarquer dans un train en direction de Lyon.
Cette nouvelle affaire met en lumière la situation très anxiogène dans laquelle se trouvent actuellement les acteurs de l'écosystème crypto français, face à des agressions qui ne cessent de se succéder depuis le début de l'année. L'occasion pour le cofondateur de Ledger, Eric Larchevêque, de réclamer il y a peu des peines de prison exemplaires à l'encontre des personnes qui réalisent ce genre d'enlèvements et de séquestrations crypto.
